I'm disappointed, especially the food the kitchen every time when I call something was missing on the tray. I had a missing food. The entire tray in the evening didn't came up. I had to ask for one of the staff members to bring me a TV dinner. I'm very disappointed.

The experience has been terrible. I thought Metro should have done more right away after a simple ear-flushing turned into a possible injury to my ear - why didn't Metro send me to an ENT the next day after blood was coming out of my ear
