He listens to me about my symptoms. He gave thorough explanation of my diagnosis and my options

I'm sure the doctor is proficient and knowledgeable, but she just wasn't ready for an orthopedic patient. I was there for an orthopedic doctor and she's a rheumatologist, and she just wasn't sure about what was supposed to be happening. So she did the best she could, but it wasn't good enough.
