The receptionist was tremendous. The nurse was professional. The physician (on this day) is not one I'd trust for my family or friends.

I would recommend what family members I have left and some of my closest friends in Metro because you people do listen. You ask what's wrong. We tell you. You take your time. You show us that respect and courtesy. And I see the love personally from all the people that have helped me to get where I'm at today. So most definitely. Thank you so much.

She listens to your concerns and does not pressure you. I have several appointments not only for medical but for dental as well. I explained that I was taking one issue at a time. Dr. Willins was very understanding of that.
