I would say that the office runs the schedule on time, I was in and out quickly, the nurse was friendly and had a nice sense of humor, the practitioner who saw me was kind, efficient, thorough, and sent a prompt response re: my lab results. I was in and out of the blood lab (without an appointment) very quickly. The blood draw was fast and painless.
