Friend told me and I would, was great visit

I would not refer Dr. Bowen to any friends or family. If they had any ENT issues, he wasn't personable at all. And I actually felt worse leaving that office. And I actually expressed that to my husband about how bad the experience was with Dr. Bowen.

Dr Bowen knew my history and explained things well. Equally important, he listened and answered my questions well.

The provider was very patient and truthful to me. He listened even though I couldn't speak clearly. He would make sure to repeat and answer to me if I needed it. His experience was exceptional.
