Try to find someone more compassionate and interested in patient care and the larger picture of wholistic care.

Most of Metro in terms of providers is good, nursing staff overworked and underpaid/under appreciated. Methods of communicating with medical staff is terrible. Slow response compared to VA. However, pharmacy personnel and phone contact, unless you get a bad pharmacy assistant, is good.
