I would tell them she decent as far as care, patient care. She more so buddy-buddy with her front desk, so it's like a girls thing up there, so they like kick it or whatever. So you may be a topic of discussion. But she does care about patient care. I will say that.

She is patient when you have questions and she answers to the best of her ability. If she needs to collaborate with a colleague on something, she'll let you know.
