The provider did a good job of telling me what I wanted to know. It was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took a long time before he arrived, and I've heard that you guys do double booking. That's not particularly great for the patient, if that's the case. Otherwise, I don't have a whole lot to add.

It was fine. Dr. Kim was nice. You know, it's a hospital. It's, you know, they're there to help people. So my overall experience is fine.
