Collinwood Health Center is located inside the Greater Cleveland Food Bank’s Community Resource Center, offering accessible health care in a place where many families already go for important support.

By bringing adult and pediatric primary care together with access to nutritious food and other community resources, we make it easier for patients of all ages to get the care they need in one convenient location.
