Directions and Parking for Board Room K-107
The purpose of this meeting is for the Board of Trustees to discuss hospital trade secrets and personnel matters.
Additionally, the Board will review the Medical Staff report for the approval of provider appointments, actions, and reappointments for May and June 2025. The Board will also accept the Medical Executive Committee minutes from May 9, 2025, and June 13, 2025.
Please note that the majority of the meeting is expected to take place in executive session.
