Maternal-Fetal Medicine

MetroHealth is Cuyahoga County’s home for high-risk pregnancies. Our Maternal-Fetal Medicine program is a primary site for research and Cleveland’s longest-standing training program for high-risk pregnancies. For patients, that means the most advanced medicine for healthier pregnancies and babies. We’re not just responding to research—we’re doing the research that saves lives.

At MetroHealth, we care for you and your pregnancy as a team. Regardless of your pregnancy care provider, our maternal-fetal medicine experts are available whenever you need them. Plus, every ultrasound performed is read by a maternal-fetal medicine provider to check for issues that may arise during pregnancy. If you enter a pregnancy with complications, a maternal-fetal medicine provider may be your main provider. Or our team can consult with your existing provider—a general OB-GYN or certified nurse-midwife.

To make an appointment, call 216-778-4444.
