LGBTQ+ Adult Primary Care

Your Primary Care Provider helps you maintain your best health at every stage of your life. They care for all of the regular health and wellness needs of adult life.

They also know about the unique needs and stresses that LGBTQ+ adults may face, and can help address them, too.

Medical transition care is part of Adult Pride Primary Care. We use the informed consent model, following WPATH guidelines. Having one doctor manage all of your care makes life easier. Care includes:

  • OB-Gyn, including pregnancy
  • Family planning
  • Chronic disease management; including
    • blood pressure
    • diabetes
    • cholesterol
    • and others
  • Medication management.
  • Smoking cessation
  • Immunizations
  • Physical exams
  • Sexually transmitted infection care
  • HIV Prevention (PEP or PrEP)
  • Transition and detransition care
