Open Support Group

First and Third Mondays from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.

Open to all people living with HIV

First Fridays at 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m.

For people living with HIV who are around 50 years old and better

Knit Squad

Second Thursdays of the month at 11:45 a.m.

Practice or learn how to knit to help lower blood pressure and stress hormones

Location: Glick Center outside of the meditation room on the first floor

Taco Tuesday

First & Third Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Open to people living with HIV who are in their teens and twenties

Location: MetroHealth Dermatology Clinic lobby – second floor of the Specialty Services Pavilion

WOW - Women Only Wednesday

Third Wednesday of every month from 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m. 

For women across the gender spectrum who are living with HIV

Yoga

Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.

Gentle class suitable for everyone 

Mats are provided, wear comfy clothes and BYO water

Location: MetroHealth Glick Center Meditation Room – enter the ER entrance and follow signs into Glick, the meditation room is after you walk up the ramp with the mural on your left.
