Our Patient Financial Services staff is dedicated to providing you with superior customer service. Pay bills online, view statements, schedule appointments, refill prescriptions, and more.

Hospital Charges

  • To better inform our patients, The MetroHealth System provides a price list containing our charges for room and board, emergency department, operating room, delivery room, physical therapy, and other procedures.
  • The hospital's charges are the same for all patients, but a patient's responsibility may vary, depending on payment plans negotiated with individual health insurers.
  • Uninsured or underinsured patients should consult with our admitting and billing staff to determine whether they qualify for discounts.

    This online tool is designed to estimate your out-of-pocket expenses on future scheduled services. We generate an estimate of the charges for your service, which includes how much your insurance will pay and how much the insurance company has told us that you will owe.
