- Pulmonary Ultrasound Conference
This course delivers 12 hours of learning time that includes didactics, image review, and hands-on learning over the span of two days. Modules covered in this course include vascular, thoracic, abdominal, and cardiac ultrasound. Lecture time of 4 hours is complemented by 4 hours of image review and 4 hours of hands-on image acquisition with a learner to instructor ratio of 3:1. Learning is evaluated by deliberate skill assessment and individualized feedback from faculty experts in the field.
To become familiar with the basic principles and applications of POCUS through focused didactics, image interpretation, guided hands-on image acquisition, and targeted coaching.
