Finding a job when you’re a transgender worker can be even tougher.

In fact, transgender people face an unemployment rate that’s nearly double that of the wider population. That’s why MetroHealth is partnering with other local businesses to host the fifth annual Northeast Ohio Transgender Job Fair on Saturday, April 6, at 9 a.m. at MetroHealth’s main campus, 2500 MetroHealth Drive, Cleveland. The event is free and anyone can attend.

Attendees will be able to network with employers and connect with community resources and professional development opportunities. The day kicks off with a free hot breakfast at 8:00 a.m.

We are also inviting community organizations to share their programs and services at this event.

Are you a candidate looking to work with an organization that embraces diversity and inclusion?

In recognition of our 5th year hosting this event, we are offering sponsorship opportunities!

This FREE job fair will offer:

  • Employers discussing potential employment opportunities
  • Resources and workshops to aid in career development and job placement
  • Social and professional networking
