About Me
I’m a Nurse Practitioner at MetroHealth, where I’ve been caring for patients since 2017. I became an NP in 2015 after spending 20 years as an Emergency Department RN. While I loved the fast-paced environment of the ED, I felt ready to grow and take on a broader role in patient care.
During a vacation in Washington, D.C., I discovered George Washington University and was immediately drawn to its nursing program. The curriculum aligned perfectly with my goals, and it set me on a path I’ve truly enjoyed ever since.
Since becoming an NP, I’ve worked in Hospital Medicine and love the variety and challenge of being a generalist. Every day brings something new, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to care for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. My approach is grounded in experience, compassion, and a commitment to helping people feel better and more informed about their health.
I enjoy being a provider and not really interested in doing research. I prefer to learn from research and apply it to my practice.
