I would tell my friends and family that he was a very good listener. He went over my medical charts very thoroughly. He had went step by step of everything that I needed to do, and he asked me if I needed - if I had any questions, and I was able to - he was a good listener, and I was able to talk to him, and I felt very, very comfortable with him. So that's what I would recommend my friends and family. I would tell them that he's a very good listener. He's very thorough about what he's doing, and he took the time out to understand what my medical records said.
