Very sweet lady she listens well and she's doing everything she can to help me

I thought the provider, Vanessa Castro, was very comforting to me. She was very nice. I thought she listened well. I thought she knew my history, but when I got there, she explained things to me that I didn't understand, so I appreciated that. Overall, it was a good experience with her.
