Again, I apologize. I hit the key before, um, the automated system. I hit the key before I listened thoroughly, but tiny, she was wonderful. A very concerned, very caring, very personable. She was an excellent, excellent representative of Metro health.

She is very kind and understanding and took her time and answered my questions and concerns, and that really meant a lot to me. She made eye contact, she really listened, and that made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
