Patients are treated like people, not as "cases"....and the medical professionals are HIGHLY skilled and work respectfully with patient and with their colleagues. Yes, I would say Dr. Russo was a very nice lady who mostly was able to explain what happened. It seemed like she had quite a bit of maybe patience that day, but I was able to get my answers, you know, my questions answered. So, yeah, it was pretty good. All right. Thank you.

Already have told several people as to how your treated as a family member as to much as a parent, they tell you of a bad complicated illness but is respect your sorrow towards the outcome. But keeping with a respectful way they comfort your way of nervous being by assuring you their curing ways to treat you has come with good outcome.
