The nursing staff that assisted with scheduling this appointment and answering my messages to my PCP were very helpful and caring. Dr. Haryadi was kind and compassionate. The only reason I didn't give him a "yes definitely" about knowing my history was because this was the first time I had seen him.

I tell my friends and family that this is a primary care physician that absolutely 100% listens to what you have to say, remembers your last visit (even if it was over a year ago) and never makes you feel rushed. He doesn't talk over your head, he explains things thoroughly and listens with attention and intention. All of the staff members at this location have always been top-notch the best of the best. When the nurse took me back to the room, she did let me know that Dr Haryadi was running about a half an hour behind. Which, I absolutely appreciated, whats very interesting to me is, I remember there was a wait but I couldn't tell you how long it was. I don't know if it was two minutes or an hour because if there's no irritation or impatience in waiting for this doctor because you know that the care you're going to get is completely worth the wait and truly the only reason you're waiting is because he's giving someone else that same care that he's about to give you and I just he's great. Oh, and he's funny which just makes the annual exam more enjoyable ha ha! Thank you for having him on your Team.
