She is very professional and caring

The provider I had, she's very thorough. She knew what she was doing. Although some notes got miscrossed, I don't think she was at fault. Like I said, someone said that I needed to have one type of test and the other said I needed to have a different type of test. So I think the notes just got crossed. But other than that, she's an excellent provider.

What I would say about the provider is that she's very patient. She's very detail-oriented. She takes the time to read what's in the medical record. She asks questions to confirm that she has gotten the right understanding of what's going on. And I was very pleased with her.
