I would like to share how pleased I was with my first outpatient appointment. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, attentive, and welcoming. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Kraft was very detail-oriented and took her time to examine my daughter and explained her findings to us. She wasn't quick to push us to getting glasses or anything like that. I totally recommend her to my family and friends.
