I'm a board-certified family physician with over 20 years of experience caring for individuals and families through every stage of life. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is building lasting relationships—whether it's watching a child grow into adulthood or caring for a grandmother one day and her grandson the next. These connections are at the heart of what I do.

My approach to care is holistic, thoughtful, and rooted in both experience and evidence-based medicine. I believe in partnering with my patients to support not just their immediate health needs, but their long-term wellness. From annual physicals and chronic condition management (like high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and heart failure) to preventive care through cancer screenings and immunizations, my goal is always to treat the whole person—not just the illness.
