Yes, the provider was very helpful and she's an awesome person. She took the time to explain everything that we needed to hear and know. I would recommend her very highly to anyone. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

You can tell the provider does care and she's going to be on you about your kid. Just know that. And that's a good thing.

She was rude. She wasn't prepared. She did not communicate with her staff before entering my room. I'd already given a sample ( self swab) she seemed to have been upset about that which made me uncomfortable. I am a registered medical assistant I am very familiar with office procedures. I've assisted with many in my ten years of experience. When she went into the hallway she yelled my first and last name to her staff up the hall and said "she said she gave a sample" which made me even more uncomfortable because it was my first time there and the last thing I wanted to do was see someone I may have known or knows me and by her yelling my first and last name in the hallway like that I felt violated and embarrassed. She didn't come back after that she sent some male in there to give me my discharge papers and he was very pleasant but overall I would not recommend her to any of my family members for safety reasons I wouldn't them to feel what I felt
