The receptionist is the best! Always love her smiling face! And Dr. Fragassi is a fantastic pediatrician! He always listens and takes his time with us.

I'm not going to recommend him, definitely. I've never seen a doctor who is in that role, that kind of attitude. I've always been a patient, and all my family have been a patient at Metro Health System. We have always seen the doctors coming in, shaking hands, introducing themselves, but this time I did not see with this guy. So I don't know if he was hungry, he did not have a good mood. I don't know what was going on, but I did not feel good. Certainly he did not respect me. So I'm not going to recommend this to any of my family members, not at all.

This provider cares about my child and makes all decisions in his best interest. This provider always listens to any concerns and then responds appropriately, sharing knowledge and offering support. Every time.
