The provider listened to me. I was in and out in a timely manner. And everybody was very friendly and cared about what issues I had.

provider's communication felt rushed and dismissive. Results were delivered with little explanation, and my ongoing pain and swelling were not addressed. Being told my X-rays "looked fabulous" without discussing next steps or my concerns did not feel patient-centered.

She was excellent

It wasn't a provider's it was the express clinic and I would recommend it.

She didn't even introduced herself, I had to ask her , she didn't explain my results, didn't even ask if I have any question, just told me I am good to go.She should have made sure if I had anything to ask before leaving.

She was rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say
