I would tell them this provider is going to do a great job on the procedure, listen to you, and is great at what she does. But the aftercare piece is definitely lacking. I have not heard back from the doctor. They haven't checked on me to see if anything's going on or to ask me any questions. So the appointment's great. The aftercare, because of the pain and no check-in, is not so great.
