About Me
I’m a sleep medicine physician, and medicine has been a calling for me since childhood. I’ve always been fascinated by the miracle of life and deeply committed to offering comfort and care to others. I see each patient as a unique individual, and my holistic training helps me tailor care that supports both body and mind.
Sleep is essential to every aspect of health, and it’s my honor to help patients rediscover the rest they need to live fuller, healthier lives. I care for both adults and children with sleep disorders at MetroHealth’s Specialty Clinic in Middleburg Heights. My journey began in Romania, where I trained in adult neurology and practiced as a neurologist for several years. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve completed residency in Medicine/Pediatrics and a fellowship in Sleep Medicine, and I’ve been part of the MetroHealth family for nearly eight years—officially joining as an attending physician in 2022.
I’m board certified in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Sleep Medicine, and I also serve as an Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Whether you’re struggling with insomnia, sleep apnea, or another sleep-related condition, I’m here to help you rest easier and feel better.
