About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and completed my clinical training at MetroHealth Medical Center, where I’ve been proud to serve patients since 2015. I’m also currently training as a psychoanalyst through the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts.
My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and deeply personalized. I believe in creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, gain insight, and build the confidence to face life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work toward developing the tools and self-understanding you need to move forward.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic styles, including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness and meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other existential and person-centered approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are—and walk with you toward where you want to be.
