Provider is really good. No issue with her. She explained that insurance does not like to cover freezes of areas usually ( I had two spots frozen, face and bra line) so I know to expect a potential charge

The waiting room and facility was really nice. Beautiful view out the windows, live music for goodness' sakes, it was a great experience waiting. The best ever wait. Oh, and all the waiting chairs were turned facing the large window, so no one had to look at one another, again, best wait ever for a doctor.
