Dr Tien is fantastic!!!

Yes, I tell them about Dr Tien all the time!

H Dr. Tien has patience, knowledge and consistency with my child. I've encountered some doctors with high turn over. I can send a email or text through My Chart and will receive one back. I appreciate not being rushed as if your a number, I understand they have many patients and time is valuable but he makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Tien is amazing. He answered all of my questions and I especially like that he listened. He listened to my concerns and he answered. And he didn't just give me any answer, but he carefully and thoughtfully listened to me and then, you know, gave me an answer and we work, we are working on a plan. I did not feel like a number. He didn't rush me. He took his time. I told him my concerns about other kids and my other kids and he was even able to, you know, help me with that. So, 10 all the way across the board. He's amazing and I'm glad that my friend referred me to him.

Dr. Tien is an outstanding doctor who provides amazing service and shows great care and concern while doing it.

I would tell my family and friends that Dr. Tien is a wonderful provider, who I 100% trust in caring for my family. He has the best demeanor and such a great rapport with families. He remembers small details about my family when we discuss at well visits. I hope this provider stays with MetroHealth for a long time.

I do tell everybody that Dr. Tien is like the best possible choice in a doctor for my kids. As I said, they really love him. He's so kind and patient and understanding, so knowledgeable, really easy to talk to. And yeah, we've even moved out of the Cleveland area. We are in Lorain, Ohio. It's about a 40 to 50 minute drive and I still stay with Dr. Tien as my kid's pediatrician.

Dr. Tien is a gem. He cares for his patients and is wise beyond his years. He relates well to both of my teenage age daughters. We are grateful for his care.
