About Me
I’m a physician at MetroHealth Medical Center, where I’ve been caring for patients and contributing to medical education, research, and program development for over 30 years. My main focus is on anticoagulation and thromboembolic disorders—conditions related to blood clots. I helped establish and lead our Anticoagulation Clinic and our Vascular Medicine and Hematology Thrombosis Clinics, which are dedicated to providing specialized, evidence-based care.
I’m passionate about teaching and mentoring, and I’ve had the privilege of working with medical students, residents, and fellows throughout my career. I’ve received several teaching awards and have presented at local and regional conferences on topics related to quality improvement and patient care.
Since joining MetroHealth in 1994, I’ve remained committed to delivering up-to-date, compassionate care that puts patients first. I also serve as an Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where I continue to support the next generation of physicians.
