I was treated well, and things that could not be answered were referred to a specialist at a later date. That is the way the medical world works in 2025, so it was quite acceptable.

I was seen promptly, the nurse practitioner who saw me was thoughtful, helpful and listened well. I was thankful the facility was open a little later than normal business hours and was able to get treated and a prescription right away.
