About Me
I’m a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with a subspecialty in sports medicine. I’ve been with MetroHealth since 2016 and currently serve as co-director of our sports medicine program. My goal is to help patients—from elite athletes to weekend warriors—get back to doing what they love through personalized, evidence-based care.
I specialize in procedures like arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff and labral repairs, meniscal surgery, tendon repairs, and sports fracture treatment. I earned my MD and MPH from Boston University, where I also completed my orthopaedic surgery residency. I then completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, where I had the opportunity to work with professional teams including the Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians, as well as collegiate and high school athletes.
Before coming to Cleveland, I served as a team physician in the Boston area and later became chief of orthopaedic surgery for the Ohio Permanente system. I’ve also led musculoskeletal divisions, published research, and spoken at national and international conferences. I currently serve as team physician for the Cleveland Crunch indoor soccer team and am proud to support athletes at all levels.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or preparing for surgery, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and strength.
