I would tell you she's very genuine concern. She's very helpful. She's very knowledgeable. She asks questions. She answers questions. She knows her job. She's polite. She's professional and a little funny too, make you laugh. But she's very, very, very good at what she does.

How friendly she was how easy it was to talk to her how much I enjoyed my visit.

I would tell them that the provider herself was doing her best with a depressing lack of staff and resources. She was kind, professional, and cared about my experience, but that did not negate my over 2 hour wait time
