I would tell them that the provider herself was doing her best with a depressing lack of staff and resources. She was kind, professional, and cared about my experience, but that did not negate my over 2 hour wait time

I really enjoyed working with Dr. Doi. The appointment was great. This has to do with the wait time. I waited close to an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and nobody in the office communicated to me how long that wait would be. So I think that's something that could really be improved upon. An hour past my appointment time, I understand that, you know, things run late, but I think that really should be communicated. That's quite a long time past the appointment time. And it really should have been, you know, communicated by the receptionist, the receptionist And a bunch of the receptionists were up at the front talking the whole time and nobody had the courtesy to tell me how long my wait was going to be or to even check on me. And the entire waiting area was empty. I was the only one in there.

She was very nice, very kind and gentle. Helpful and listened to me. Answered everything i asked and gave advice. I appreciate it.

The provider was very knowledgeable in my medical history as well as her career. I am always comfortable when I visit and rest assured when I leave.
