They don't know what's going on. Waste time scheduling unnecessary appointments and do not communicate that what should be an allergy test is somehow a follow up. My child got switched to this allergist over a year ago and they still haven't tested her allergies. Her old allergist wanted her tested every year. She hasn't been tested in 2+ years. Y'all are failing
