Good provider

Patient Rating
3/5

She's a very nice person, but I wouldn't totally recommend her. She's a nurse practitioner, and so she's not, not that she's not knowledgeable, but she's not knowledgeable, if that makes sense. Thank you.

She will listen to you carefully and listen to your story and ask questions, clear questions, and she answers all your questions. So she gives time to communicate with you and listen to you about your complaint or about your disease. So she's very nice. She's very kind.

Extremely busy. Long wait times now and again. Ask questions. Clarify things you say. Explain and show in my chart exactly why you asked about something.Tell them when they didn't document notes properly. Go to patient relations immediately when issues with a caregiver, nurse, doctor or any Metro Health worker arises to prevent them from making you out to be troublesome or a problem. Don't try to resolve issues with them on your own.
