Explain and show in my chart exactly why you asked about something.Tell them when they didn't document notes properly. Go to patient relations immediately when issues with a caregiver, nurse, doctor or any Metro Health worker arises to prevent them from making you out to be troublesome or a problem. Don't try to resolve issues with them on your own.

Excellent place to be and easy to get to.

She was extremely helpful and offered her services and offered explanations and repeated things and worked very well with the patient who is anxious and has limited medical knowledge. She was kind to him and friendly and informative and he left the appointment feeling better than when he started. That was great. That's all, which is a lot.

She seemed to know what I was concerned with and she's a real sweetheart.
