Some of the physicians at Metro are Great. It used to be that they all seemed to be 'great' but now you need to be more selective as the system seems to destroy the drive within "them" in some cases and hires who they can get over who is the best. Overall, in the industry, it seems it is attracting people who are there only for salary - it used to be for the desire to help individuals medically. I think many doctors are so limited and rushed, they become bored. And, too often, they are treated on a secretary level and leave on their own.
