She's funny and no nonsense and does listen to your concerns and is knowledgeable.

She was very informative, helpful, and direct. I appreciated her directness. However, she was still polite and I did not find any of her responses offensive and I would definitely recommend her in the future. She was very helpful and slightly sarcastic, but in a professional manner and she made me feel very comfortable.
