The nurse practitioner was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful, seemed very concerned, listened to me carefully. I thought she was great.

She listens and explains. Doesn't rush the appt.

She is very easy to talk to, and doesn't make the appointment feel rushed, which is SO important. No one should feel like their appointment time is only worth 15 minutes. It's not fair to the patients or the doctors to be rushed that way.

She's personable and easy to talk to. She makes eye contact with you while you talk to her. She actually does a Real exam, not just asks questions.
