Dr. Elsharkawy takes his time with me, explains everything in detail and does not leave the room until he makes sure I understand everything. He makes me feel comfortable and as though I am a priority when it comes to procedures. He makes eye contact and smiles. He knows about the latest medical advancement that my dad's VA doctor hasn't mentioned to my dad yet (who has the same condition as me). I told my dad to mention this treatment to his VA doctor.

When I went to the provider, I didn't know about the treatment I was receiving. They explained it to me in detail, made me feel very comfortable. The nurses were exceptional, and I don't see any doubt that I can't wait to go back in the future, and I can't wait to tell my friends about my experience.
