Provider does not listen to patient concerns

I will not go back.. my daughter in law has gone to main campus.. she drove me there.. and she too was disappointed with unfriendly receptionist, and how dirty restrooms were.

That she is a good doctor, and they would want to listen carefully to understand what she is saying.

Patient Rating

She's ok, but she needs to get on the same page with the downstairs people.

Patient Rating

Definitely, consider her services. I'm very pleased that I did.

Patient Rating

She was pleasant, got back to me with lab results in a timely manner.

Patient Rating

No. She didn't give me the time of day. The $30 copay and $4 to park was not worth the time.

Patient Rating

To never go to her. She seemed like I was bothering her the minute she came into the room.

I would advise to make the switch from university or Cleveland clinic to metro because they provide top of the line care, and the providers and nurse allow parents to advocate for there children and really make them feel heard and they go above and beyond to care for the patient.
