She was the best provider I had and she explained everything. Once she came through the door, she helped me, around the questions I asked her. She helped me with everything I needed. And so I will give her a one through 10. I give her a 50 and the best doctor I had in a while.

She's great. She's understandable. She's human. I love her.

Dr. Prinz-Gentile is amazing. She saved my life. She was a second opinion, and she gave me options. She was very patient with me in explaining those options. I wasn't ready for surgery, and she didn't try to force me to have surgery. She let me come to my own conclusion on that. She just gave me the facts, as a doctor should, but there are many doctors who do not do that. They make you feel silly for answering or asking questions, but she did not do that. She was very loving and patient, so she cares. I definitely am glad I found her.

She listens & does not immediately resort to medication to treat a symptom if not necessary.
