In the allotted time Dr. Willins with each of her patients she is able to treat not just the symptom but its affect on the mind body and spirit. She is a good listener.

I was called back as soon as I checked in. That was great. The initial nurse/person who rook my vitals was quick and painless. The provider/doctor needs to have better communication and coordination with the nurse. A 15 minute appointment turned into a more than an hour affair. Afterwards, i was left in the office and they seemed to have forgotten that i was still waiting for the paperwork and to be dismissed. I had to go out and ask! This is not acceptable!
