She came into the visit already having reviewed my health history. She was very I interested in hearing my problem affected my health and daily functioning.

I tell all my friends and family I'm having a great time and I'm recovering well thanks to all my surgery. And I see a lot of other burn victims that I tell them that they should go and talk to Christina Vargas.

Yes, I would let them know that the staff was very professional easy to understand. Explained everything in detail about the pros and cons of the procedure.

I have been sure to mention that I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and empathy displayed by the staff member I asked for directions from in the hallway, the staff member who answered the phone when I asked for parking directions, and the staff member at the desk when I arrived at the office. I found the provider, and the resident working with her, equally kind, and enthusiastic about providing care and answering my questions.

Dr. Vargas was extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and had a great little sense of humor, but at the appropriate times explained insurance issues as well as the medical issues, explained every procedure that was going to happen and asked permission, very respectful of my body, and very compassionate. Everything was, every question I asked was answered in detail and where more information was needed. I was told that the person would get back to me and they did. So I was very grateful. Thank you.
