Are you referring to Metro Health as the provider? If so, Metro Health billing department is horrible. Metro Health as a provider seems to have a high turnover rate concerning physicians, and that's concerning.

That metrohealth is in a downward spiral. Find another healthcare system. Maybe one where the CEO's aren't robbing the place and they could pay to have more airlift staffing. Waiting 6 weeks for a urology appointment was ridiculous
