I have never had anything but professional and friendly service when visiting Carolyn Pounds-Lewis and the staff at the CH facility

She's very competent, but loud. Someone needs to tell her that all people over the age of whatever you consider geriatric aren't hard of hearing, or if she had looked at me, she could see that I have hearing aids. Either way, she was too loud, but very good.
