Fast service

The express care was nice and clean. The nurse practitioner was very caring and lovely.

I only had to wait less than 5 minutes to be seen. Staff was very efficient and very polite

She takes her time to listen and she thoroughly explains the plan of care. She also highlighted what symptoms to look out for and assured me that I could return to their care if symptoms persist or worsened.

I have shared that the facility is clean, well maintained, has available free parking and the staff is exceptionally courteous

She was curtious, respectful and listened. I felt she truly cared about how I felt.
