I have a BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work, both degrees from Cleveland State University. My interest in clinical counseling started during senior year in high school. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy to assist in learning effective coping skills and change negative thought and behavior patterns.
